Dear Dr. Bigelow,
Thank you for my new smile! For years I have been embarassed to smile because of discolored and crooked teeth. When my children saw the work they said, "Wow Mom!" It's great to be able to smile and not worry about my teeth. Everyone at your office was so helpful and easy to work with. I wish I had done it years ago!
Thanks again.

I have had a lot of work done on my teeth due to problems with my jaw and was satisfied with how my jaw was working, but my teeth were yelloe and had a filling and crown in front that just didn't look good. One day I saw an ad in a magazine about Dr. Bigelow and how his office is doing ZOOM whitening, so I made an appointment. Turns out, Dr. Bigelow showed me some different options and I am thrilled with the results. I really appriciate his sensitivity to my jaw concerns also.

If you are contemplating cosmetic dentistry, do it! It is certainly worth it. I was concerned about the possible complications that cosmetic work might initiate. I am no stranger to dental offices as I have a significant history of dental caries and grew up in a state without fluoridated water. I have so many crowns in my mouth, I cannot ascertain where "virgin teeth" live. Yes, the procedure cost money, but I am convinced that it is so worth it that I would recommend it to you. Dr. Bigelow and staff are wonderful and explain the process in great detail. My teeth have never looked better and do not look artificial, like some of our movie star friends. I wanted a shape and color that was appropriate for me.
To summarize, I would ask all your questions and then when you feel comfortable, go for it!

In the past I have never been happy with my smile. It wasn't because I'm a vain person, but I had problems with my baby teeth and the curvature of my teeth. I've been self-conscious about my teeth and never smiled in pictures. I have asked my dentist what I can do to improve my smile. I had braces when I was 13 and 14. The thought of putting braces back on at the age of 32 was not thrilling.
It seemed that in this day and age there had to be some other option. There have been television shows that produce extreme makeovers, and I think this is what exposed me to the porcelain fix. I was not sure who or where to go. I had not known anyone who has gone through this type of fix. So I started to research in magazines (Salt Lake City Magazine), mailers, and the phone book. I was not even sure what to ask. I knew I needed more than cosmetics. I later learned that a full mouth reconstruction was what I wanted.
I called quite a few dentists and visited with some of them. I needed to know what they could do for me and how much it would cost. I tried to ask as many questions as I could think of. The first dentist to give me an estimate just about scared me away. I decided to keep asking and researching. The more photos I saw of before and after patients, the more I really wanted that smile. I finally found Dr. Bigelow and really felt strongly that help me get the smile I wanted at a reasonable price. I do not have dental insurance, but most if not all insurance plans will not pay for this type of procedure. Cost was a factor, but I feel that a healthy smile is important. I am a professional and need to feel confident. I also feel that this is the best time in my life to get it done. I have great support of family and friends as well.
